TAXI-DRIVER FINED. AND HIS LICENSE CANCELLED. (By Tsiegrapb—Press Assoclatbn.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. A taxi-driver, Alexander John Burns, aged 24, was fined £lO and his license cancelled for three months for being drunk while in charge of a motor car.
