WARRANT FOR ARREST.

APPLICATION GRANTED. ■ ADJUDGED BANKRUPT. An applicatibn for a warrant for the arrest, of Finlay John McLean, on a charge of fraudulently obtaining credit while in a state of bankruptcy, was made in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day before Mr F. W. Plat Is, S.M., by the Crown solicitor, Mr H. T. Gillies. The application was granted. The accused, a farmer, was adjudged bankrupt in Hamilton in 1012 and has since that time heen residing \i\ no definite locality.
