BUTTER AND CHEESE. AMERICAN QUOTATIONS. The New Zealand Dairy Produce Board has received the following advice from its agents in Canada:— Butter —New York, 49-} cents. (2s o|d) ; Montreal, 39i cents. (Is 7£dd) ; 'Frisco, 43 cents, (Is 9}d).

There ace still available in London Street, at low rentals of 25s to 30s per week, several Flats in the building known as Windsor Place. Those yet unoccupied are all self-contained in that each suite consists of living room and kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lavatory, while plenty of hot water is supplied, so that occupants ' do not take turns (as they have to do in so rnanj cases) in the use of cooking and sanitary conveniences. These should appeal to bachelors of both sexes, especially where two persons of the same sex combine in order to avail themselves of the comfort and convenience attached to so centrallysituated and modern living accommodation. 552
