The following candidates passed in the subjects indicated for the degree of Bachelor of Commerce (book-keep-ing, etc., 1; mercantile la\v 1., 2; economics, 3; mercantile law 11., 4; auditing, 5; book-keeping 11., 0; rights and duties of trustees, 7; bankruptcy, 8; joint stock companies, 9: — S. E. Senior, 4,5, 7. The following passed contingent on passing in one other subject of the first or second division: — P. L. Elliott, T. Newman, J. A. Wilson. Test in Economics. \ The following students of the Auckland University .satisfied the examiners in the subject economics, stage 1., for the 8.A., 8.C0m., and allied examinations conducted by the University of New Zealand. (A few cases are still under consideration and where necessary supplementary lists will be issued:—i Ofa' Wernham (first 8.A.); E. W. Seville, Yvonne Bouillon (second 8.A.) L. V.
