TRADE CONVENTION. DOMINION LITTLE INTERESTED. (Australian & N.Z. Cable Assn.l (Received November 5, 10.15 a.m.) GENEVA, Nov. 4. The Economic Convention abolishes restrictions six months alter it becomes operative. It. does not affect the right to temporarily protect interests in abnormal circumstances. The reparations have little bearing on Australia and New Zealand. The chief one is Germany’s declaration that she will maintain the coal embargo if Britain maintains the embargo on Dyestuffs.
