RAILWAY MANAGEMENT.
GERMAN AND BRITISH. EXCHANGE OF OFFICIALS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 2. A novel experiment is being tried by the managements of a German railway company and the Great Western Railway Company, of England. Each will lend a member of its staff to the other service for a period ot from 12 to 18 months. Herr Ilardtz is to come from the headquarters staff of the German company to the Great Western staff andWir Lean, of the latter’s headquarters staff, will he lent to the German company.
