A BITTER CAMPAIGN. WRITS FOR LIBEL. 'United Press Association). SYDNEY, October 3. Several writs for alleged libel arising out of the New South Wales election campaign have been issued. • The aggregate claims total £86,000. Polling day will be on Saturday next. The final pre-election rally of the Labour Party was held yesterday. A huge procession, headed by the Premier, Mr Lang, and the leader of the party, Mr M. Charlton, marched through the city streets to the Domain. There addresses were delivered by. the leaders. The speeches were amplified by loud-speakers, which enabled a great crowd to hear them.
