WORD-SKILL COMPETITION. BASED ON FOOTBALL TOUR. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. Francis Edward Goldsbrough was fined £2 to-day for conducting a scheme by which prizes were competed for by a mode of chance. It was a wordskill competition, based on the coming Rugby tour of Africa.
