Estimated stocks of cheese on hand at November 1 at London, Bristol, Liverpool: Canadian and American, 269,100 boxes; New Zealand and Australian, 18,900 crates, against 246,500 and 3300 at the same time last year. Shipments of N.Z. produce arrived this week per s.s. Port Duncdin and Corinlhic. Casein. Present' quotations are : New Zealand rennet £56, French rennet £63 14s, Argentine £SO.
