LOCARNO SECURITY PACT. FINLAND’S PROTEST. SUPPORTED BY PERSIA. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received Nov. 8, 9.35 a.m.) GENEVA Nov. 7. Prince Aria, the Persian delegate, has sent a letter to the League of Nations announcing that Persia associates herself with Finland’s objection to an interpretation placed on the Covenant Article XVI in the Locarno agreement, which it believes tends to weaken the guarantee of the security between the members of the League.
