TE MATA POST OFFICE.

PROPOSED NEW BUILDING. WORK TO BE PUSHED ON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Saturday. Some time ago a piece of land at Te Mala was donated to the Government as a site for a new post office building. The offer of the generous donors was accepted, and the member for the district, Hon. R. V. Bollard, Minister of Internal Affairs, has now been informed that arrangements have been made by the Public Works Department to proceed with the work ot erection of the new office. The residents of Te Mata will appreciate the efforts made by the Post and Telegraph Department to provide up-to-date facilities for the conduct of post and telegraph business in that district.
