LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
LABOUR MATTERS. MANDATES COMMISSION TO SIT. GENEVA, June 8. The business at the ninth session of the International Labour Conference yesterday was confined to maritime questions. Mr Beaslcy (Australia) was elected a substitute member of the commiltee for regulating the work of the session. The Mandates Commission of lhc League will meet to-day. It is expected that the New Guinea report will be considered in the afternoon and the Nauru report 10-morrow.
