A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN EX-GERMAN DISTRICTS (Reuter.) WARSAW, June 0. The Cabinet lias authorised Hie Polish Minister of tlu: Interior to proclaim a stale of emurgeney in ex-German districts, Posen and Pomerania, owing to revolutionary agitation by German Chauvinists. A decree forbids openair meetings and empowers the authorities in restrict street traffic and also the confiscation ol' foreign newspapers if contents endanger the security of the stale.
