MINISTERS APPOINTED. MILITARISTS SUPREME COUNCIL. (Australian and N.Z. Press Assn.) LISBON, June 3. General Gomcscosta arrived in the vicinity of Lisbon this morning and conferred with Commandant General Cabecadas, after which Hie Government with eight portfolios was formed, comprising two generals two naval commandants and four civilians, General Cabecadas being Premier and Minister of Ihe interior, General Goraescosla Minister of War and Colonies, General Carmona Minister of Foreign Affairs. These llirec, Generals Cabecadas, Gomcscosta and Carmona, constitute the Supremo Council.
