JOTICE is hereby given that at at “ SPECIAL MEETING of the Hamil>n Borough Council held on the 19th ay of MAY 1926, the following resoition, was passed by way o£ pecial order, and that such resoltion will be submitted for conflrmaon at a meting of the Council to he eld on the 16th day of JUNE, 1926, i 7.30 p.m.— "That the Hamilton Borough Council having found that the sum of £26,800 authorised to he raised by the Council for making and constructing drains and drainage work* in the Borough of Hamilton, including the purchase of all necessary land and materials, plant and tools, and all payments for labouc, engineer’s fees, plans and supervision, and for compensation to owners of property in respect of such drainage works, is insufficient to complete the said undertaking in respect of which it was raised, does hereby, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 18 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and any other powers, if any, resolve by way of Special Order to borrow a further sum of £2680 for the purposa of completing the said undertakings.” E.
