TROUBLE OVER RIGHTS. MAORIS TO PULL UP LINE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TE KUITI, Tuesday. Following the closing of Ellis and Burnand's timber tramway near Mangapeiii on Thursday by native owners, their committee decided yesterday to pull up a portion or Hie line in consequence of Ihe alleged refusal of Ihe company to respect their reentry upon the properly. A party of natives left for Ihe junction oT the company's lines, ten miles from Mangapeiii, yesterday evening.

A constable from Tc Kuiti left for Ihe, scene this morning to prevent a breach of the peace.
