AUSTRIA AND GERMANY.
UNION INEVITABLE. NO OTHER SOLUTION POSSIBLE. • (Times.) (Received March 17, 9.5 ajn.) LONDON, March 16. The Vienna correspondent of tho Times says the average Austrian no longer seriously questions the eventual union with Germany. It is regarded as the copuntry's only possible future, though everybody knows it is not yet practical in politics. Other plans have been considered, but all have been dropped in favour of the union, which no substantial political party is prepared to oppose.
