DELAY AGREED TO. DECISION AT SEPTEMBER MEETING ALL PARTIES SATISFIED. (Australian and N.Z. Cablfc Assn.) GENEVA, March 16. The Council decided to adjourn the question of Germany's ad- > mission to the League and the enlargement of the Council till September. Herr Stresemann, after a conference with KI. Brland and Sir Austen Chamberlain, announced that a complete agreement on the basis of the postponement of Germany's entry to tho League had been reached. Herr Stresemann, addressing German pressmen, urged the adoption of moderate views. Germany's hopes of friendship with France depended on her entry to the League. He rebuked the suggestion that delays endangered her prestige, and added: " Regarding prestigo, I would rather be Herr Stresomann than Sir Austen Chamberlain." An earlier message stated that Germany had acquiesced to the proposal that Sweden and Czechoslovakia should resign their seats In favour of Poland and Holland. GENEVA, March 16. After a three-hours' meeting the delegates representing LatinAmerican States, in which a full statement of the case from tn French was heard, It was decided to presslngly request the latter to find a moans of restoring the unanimity of the Council In connection with the composition of the Council in the interests of the moral peace of Europe. In view of the unanimity of the Latin-American delegates, It Is confidently expected that Brazil will now yield.
