GOOD NEWS FOR BUTCHERS AND OTHERS.
DRY AIR CHILLER. To be able to keep in a cool chamber the every-day commodities required for the "inner man" for a cost of 16s per month as against £l2 per month, is worthy of every tradesman's and housekeeper's consideration. It is hard to believe that such a saving can be effected, but if visitors to the Showwill make a point of calling on Mr O'Brien at his "Air Cooling Chamber" exhibit in the Motor Annexe they will hear of the many benefits to be derivde by installing a patent Dry Air Cooler. This cooler not only keeps its confnets dry, but retains the moisture necessary for the preservation of meats, fish, and the like. The initial cost is, practically speaking, the first and last cost when comparing the chamber with the old-fashioned ice-chest,-which, in the opinion of the exhibitor, costs anything up,to £l2 per month to maintain. The Chamber on exhibition is sold at a cost of £6O. Prices, however, range from £lO upwards. Butchers, fishmongers and boardinghouse-keepers would be well advised to inspect this new, up-to-date and economical contrivance for the preservation of foodstuffs. Mr O'Brien will explain its workings. His address is Knighton Road, Hamilton East.
