SYDNEY DIVORCE CASE.
VITALI TO APPEAL.

Commander Vitali, Italian Consul, who was co-respondent in the divorce proceedings instituted by Mr Lubraao de' Negozio, is appealing against the verdict given in petitioner’s favour. The costs in the case, which Commander Vitali was ordered to pay, total £3200.
