Recedved October 9, 11.30 a.m. CAPETOWN, October 8: The twelve-ton ketch Saoirse arrived from Dublin en route for, New Zealand. She is flying the Free Slate flag. It is the lirst vessel with Ihc flag to appear in South African waters." She is manned by* three Irishmen. Sho started on Juno 20 and hopes to reach New Zealand before Christmas.
