HEALING MISSION.

TO OPEN TO-MORROW. THE ARRANGEMENTS. ' ' Numerous patients for treatment at the Christian Healing Mission, to be inaugurated at St. Peter's Church, Hamilton, have arrived. They come from all parts of the South Auckland area, and the majority are being billeted with the residents who have kindly opened their houses to them. For, cot cases, of which there are many, the new hall recently opened in connection with St. George's Church, Frankton, has been converted into a temporary hospital, and a motor lorr,y has been fixed up .as an ambulance to convey these patients from the hall to the church. The hospital will be in charge of qualified nurses, and a large number of willing helpers are freely giving their services in connection with the handling/of such patients.

■Mr Hickson, who arrived in Hamilton yesterday, met the local •commitec, workers and intercessors last evening in St Peter's Church, lie delivered a moving address, in which he explained the working of the mission, giving many interesting details in connection therewith. To-day Mr Hickson, accompanied by Rev. F. Harty, visited in their homes a number of patients who arc unable to come to tne services.

The services each day will commence at 10 a.m., and patients are required to be at the church by 0 a.m. on the date specified on their cards. These cards are available only for the date stamped thereon. Country patients will be ministered t'o tomorrow; Hamilton, Frankton and Cambridge patients on Thursday. Only those to whom cards have been issued will be admitted. Stewards arc requested to be in attendance at about 8 a.m. each day. Badges can be obtained at the church. Durins the services in the church to-morrow and Thursday morning, special intercession services will be held in the Town Hall, to attend which a special invitation is extended lo those who have been unable to obtain intercession tickets. Special services of intercession and thanksgiving will be held In St. Peter's 10-rnorrow and Thursday evening. Tickets will not be necessary for admission lo these services, and a great united thanksgiving service will be held at St. Peter's on Wednesday, 17th, at 7.30 p.m.

Refreshments will be provided by the local ladies' comrnitlec for patients after treatment. Dr. Avcrlll, Bishop of Auckland, arrived in Hamilton to-day, and will remain hero during the mission.
