A PLEA OF GUILTY. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. Hector Froggatt arrested in Melbourne and charged with, indecent assault on. hoys, pleaded guilty to four charges to-day. In the first case the offence was committed in respect of a bov ' scout of St. Michael's troop, of which Froggatt had been Scoutmaster. Accused was committed for sentence. Hail, being allowed until Tuesday, himself in one surety of £IOO, and two sureties of £IOO.
