OBITUARY.
A SUDDEN DEATH. By Telegraph—Press Association. - FEILDING, Monday. Mr S. A. Gillcr, the general manager of the New Zpaland Farmers' Distributing Company, died suddenly yesterday. He suffered recently from influenza and was apparently recovering ixh/m he collapsed MR J. H. FINNEY. J~ NELSON, Sunday. The death is announced of Mr. J. H. Finney, aged 46.. He was secretary of the Nelson Jockey and Trotting Clubs, and, until a few years ago, a part proprietor of the Colonist.
