DAIRY PRODUCE CONTROL ACT.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —There are so many reasons why this Act should come into force, and the advantages are so numerous to the producer, that every farmer should vote. A few of the benefits we would derive from unity arc that we would be in a position to make better terms' regarding freight and a regular service with the shipping companies, thus doing away with the glutting of the market at times and the leaving of it bare at othets; also we should do away with the speculator, who is making a rich harvest out of the dairy farmer. The Meat Control Act has proved what a great success unity among the producers is. If everyone who has a vote will exercise it I have no fear of what the result will be. —I am, etc., F. W. THOMAS, Rototuna.
