DAIRY PRODUCE CONTROL.
OPPOSITION TO BILL. By Telegraph-f-Press Association. PALMERSTON N., Friday. Opponents of the Dairy Produce Control Act were addressed by Mr Veitch, M.P., and carried a resolution denouncing the Act as a gross violation of British justice, which was calculated to prove disastrous to producers, industry, and the country. The meeting pledged itself to do everything possible to prevent the Act coming into force. THE BILL SUPPORTED. PALMERSTON N., Friday. A large meeting of suppliers to the factory at Bunnythorpe passed a resolution in favour of the Dairy Produce Control Bill.
