A telegram from Oklahoma city sayd an interim count "mdicales a four-to-one vote supporting the Legislative majority's defiance of the' Governor's edict that the Legislature shall not meet.

It has been impossible so far to asceatain the possible next step. The vote was on a question as to whether a constitutional amendment is desired, permiting the Legislature to convene in defiance, and t'o criticise the Goernor's actions.
