RUMOURED NEGOTIATIONS. NO BRITISH REPRESENTATIONS. Australian snd N.Z. Cable Assn. Received June 26, 12.30 p.m. LONDON, June 25. In the House of Commons, Mr Stanley Baldwin informed Mr Ramsay MacDonald that the Government did not intend to make representations to the French Government in respect to the rumoured secret negotiations between the French High Commissioners in tlie Rhineland and Germans regarding an attempt to create a separate Rhineland State. The Government had no knowledge of the authenticity of the report.
