GEORGE KING FURTHER CHARGED. VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY. George King, who was found guilty on Monday on two charges of forging Public Works Department votiohers, in his capacity of Works foronian at Aria, was again indicted yesterday Oh a series of eight similar changes. After a long retirement the jury returned a verdict on all counts »of not guilty. Mr 11. T. Gillies, for the Crown, entered a 'noli prosequi in the case of a number of further charges of a similar nature. King will be sentenced on Friday on the charges of which he was found guilty.
