RATIFICATION OF TREATY.
Australian and N.Z. Gable Assn. Received March in, 11.30 a.m. PARIS, March 9. M. Haiberti has tabled the Navy Rill. The liesl pari, deals with the High Seas Fleet, and is based on the Washington Treaty, which the Chamber was now asked to ratify. For tonnage riot, fixed at Washington, the Rill proposes .TOO.OOO tons light vessels and oo.ooou tons submarines. \ Rill for the construction of large vessels between 10and 19.10 will be submitted shortly.
