Advices from Dusseldorf'slate that a German Nationalist organisation at Witten has offered a reward of 200,000 marks for every launch of hair cut from the heads of' women deemed, to be too familiar with French soldiers in Ruhr. BERLIN, March 9. When broadcasting apparatus here began sending out a statement regarding Ruhr, and a patriotic song, the Eiffel Tower, using the same wave length, promptly jammed the message. A concert, which was broadcasted, was not interrupted until “Deutschland Über Alles" was sung, when the Eiffel Tower again drowned the message. FRANCO-BELGIAN PREMIERS. CONFERENCE IN BRUSSELS. PLANS FOR UNITED ACTION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. PARIS, March 9. M. Poincare’s conference with M. Theunis at Brussels has been llxed for Monday. The King will dine with M. Poincare, and in the evening the Premiers will discuss the French scheme for a united plan of action in Ruhr if, and when, Germany seeks, a resumption of Ihe reparations negotiations.
