TEACHERS' CRITICISM. MINISTER AND FEDERATION. (United Press Association.) SYDNEY, September 4. In consequence of the executive of the Teachers' Federation criticising the proposal in respect to High School fees, "Hon. A. Bruntnell, Minister of Education, has communicated with the Federation saying that it was discourteous to him, and unworthy of tlons of the public service. The Federation lengthily debated the letter, and passed a resolution of endorsement of the executive's criticism.
