Plans of a widespread plot lo blow up the railway bridges and tunnels tn New Mexico were frustrated by the arrest of W. Seyfreidi, the president of the New Mexico State Federation of Labour. Seyfreidi and a taxidriver were arrested on a Sanle Fc train. The men carried suit cases, containing three bombs. A search of Seyfrcidi's rooms revealed a quantity of explosives and fuse. Federal agents at Chicago have" announced the discovery of a plot by Radicals to kidnap the Presidents of various railroad companies. Arrests are expected.
