NEUTRAL ZONE IN THRACE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, August 19. Advices from Constantinople state that tlie Allied and Greek commissioners have signed an agreement establishing a neutral zone four miles, in width between Greek and Turkish outposts along tlie Chataldja line. An Athens message states that the Greek Premier, M. Stratos, when asked whether after transmission of the last Allied Note, the application of new administrative measures in Asia Minor had been adjourned, replied in Lhe negative, adding that the application of Hie measures would be hastened.
