NON-CO-OPERATOR'S MANIFESTO

At a meeting at Bombay, Gandhi and fifty other extremist leaders issued' a manifesto claiming that in view of the prosecution of the Ali Brothers it was the inherent right of everyone to express their unrestrained opinion about offering their services or remaining in the service of the Government whether civil or military, and more especially military. The manifesto adds: "It is the duty of every Indian soldier and civilian to sever connection with the Government and find other employment. DIABOLICAL OUTRAGES. BLAGUE AT JUBBULPORE." Received October 6, 1.15 p.m. DELHI, October 5. Two hundred armed Moplahs raided the police station at Kuttipuram, and wounded five police. Diabolical outrages upon Hindus arc reported.
