FIGHTING IN SILESIA. GERMAN ALLEGATIONS'. OF FRENCH CONNIVANCE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received July 28, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, July 27. The Daily Express' Berlin correspondent states that telegrams from Upper Silesia indicate that the Polish fears of further delays in reaching a settlement, have caused fresh large outbreaks of fighting and rioting. The Poles arc now reported to be starting a fourth insurrection, relying on French support. The Poles have djrected their attack mainly against the -communications between Breslau and Ratibon, where the railway track is barred. The German express was held lip by gunfire, and forced to return. Serious conflicts have occurred in various districts with varying results. Thousands of insurgents arc concentrating and forming a large army.
The Germans accuse the French authorities of supplying the Polish ammunition trains with six-inch guns, and refusing to assist the Italians, who were also attacked by the Poles.
