IS HE SANE? TO BE MEDICALLY EXAMINED. Bv Telegraph.—Press Association. ASHBURTON, Saturday. Hon. Lee, Minister of Justice, states that he has already brought the case of Matthews, who stands condemned for the Timaru murder, before the Cabinet, which has decided that Matthews is to be examined by two medical experts. Mr Lee at once arranged for such an examination.
