A ROYAL AVIATOR
a _ BELGIAN KING DECORATED. GALLANT WAR SERVICES. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received February 24, 7.10 p.m. LONDON, February 23. The King has awarded the King of the Belgians Hie Distinguished Flying Cross for gallantly flying over the lines in British aircraft personally to reconnoitre the enemy's position. The fact could not be disclosed during the war. The Wing Commander, the Duke of York, goes to Brussels to-morrow to confer the medal.
