These dental nurses are to undergo a course of training for two years in Wellington. •It is stated thai a very large number of applications were received for positions, and Hie Public Service Commissioner has appointed 35 probationary nurses to receive training. They include Louisa Benn (Auckland;, Mrs Florence J- Carson (Auckland), Josephine L. Gully (Auckland), O. L. MeCrea (Northcotc), J. MeFarlane [Te Kuiti), Annabel Stewart (Matamata), A. E. L. Tonge (Thames), E. C. Webb (Romhay, Drury), E. Willetts (Auckland).
