KEPORT of secret police. SIX MONTHS' RECORD. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, February 19. The Morning Post's Helsingfors correspondent states that an official report o f the Soviet secret police for the last six months of 1920 has been discovered. It shows that 289 counter revolutionary conspiracies were suppressed, as were 114 attempted risings; /i30.~i counter revolutionaries were executed, sjjd 28,940 were imprisoned.
