An Independent-Socialist paper reports that a military coup d'etat is expected and foreshadows the attachment of Austria to Bavaria. PARIS, February 7. It is reported that negotiations nt.arly completed for Herr Stinnes, the German financier, to take, over Austria'? State metallurgical factories, which are now showing a deficit of 80,000,000 crowns.
