Meetings have also been held in the provinces, when it was resolved to protest against the enslavement of Herman workmen for the benefit of the Allies. GOVERNMENT WILL RESIGN BEFORE ACCEPTING TERMS. Received February 7, 7.35 p.m. BERLIN, February 7. Herr Simons, in an interview, said that the Government adhered to his view regarding reparations, and were prepared to resign if necessary. He thought any Government must adopt the same attitude.
