AMERICA’S PROBABLE ACTION. 'RE-SUBMISSION TO CONGRESS. WITH A SPECIAL MESSAGE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received December 9, 9.25 p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 8. The Administration Headquarters Intimates that Mr Wilson, is .considering re-submitting the Peace Treaty to Congress with a special message regarding America's Foreign Relations. It is said 1 that the President believes that the recent developments at Geneva may make the League more acceptable to the Senate, and thinks that the mild rcsorvationists will be influenced by the interpretation that Article X. does not bind the League members to guarantee other members' territorial integrity. Also by Denmark’s decision not to lend troops to the League until the Danish Parliament has approved.
