TO BR HELD AT RUAKURA GOVERNMENT FARM FOR THE WEEK BEGINNING 12th JULY. iTMIREE Special Courses of Instruction will be given:— I.—General Agriculture, dealing with Soils, Cultivation, Drainage, Manuivs and Farm Crops, etc. ?.—Live Stock Dealing with Beef Cattle, Draught Horses, Pigs and Sheep, etc., Veterinary Science. 3.—Dairy Farming, dealing with Jerseyf, Shorthorns, Friesians, Milk, Butler, Cheese. Veterinary Science. The number of farmers permitted to attend will be limited to one hundred, and already a large number of applications have been received. Accommodation will be provided at the Ruakura Farm, and those desirous of attending should at once communicate with Mr J. P. lvalaugher. Supervisor, Education Office, Auckland. The v.arious lectures and demonstrations will be given by the officials of the Department of Agriculture, the Staff of Raukura Farm and the Agriculture Instructors of the Education Board. In addition prominent agriculturists and stock-breeders are being invited to deal with special subjects. Dr. Reakes, Director-General of Agriculture, and Mr A. W. Green, Manager of Ruakura Farm, are giving every possible facility to ensure the success of the Farm School. 446
