A United Press Message from Mexico city states that. General Barragan, the Mexican Chief of Staff, denies the report that the Japanese cruiser Yakumo landed arms at Manganillo. He says the cruiser's visit was one of courtesy.
Seno'r Medena, Sub-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, denies the existence of a secret treaty between Japan and Mexico,
