An important Cabinet meeting thrashed out the Siberian question, but the decision has not been announced. The opposition to intervention, however, is reported to be growing stronger. Received January 15, 5.5 p.m. LONDON. January 13. There is no further news of Admiral Kolchak. Moscow wireless messages continue to chronicle the rapid advance of the Rods on Irkutsk, and great captures ot treasure. The booty on General Deniken’s front included 650 guns, cloven tanks, 258 locomotives ,and 5886 loaded waggons.
