KING’S THEATRE. That worthy actor, William Desmond, scores all along the line in the novel drama, “Society for Sale,” in which he is ably assisted by Gloria Swanson and a strong east. Two extraordinarily laughable Keystone comedies and a couple of interesting Gazettes round off an excellent entertainment, which finishes this evening. To-morrow’s big special will be “A Gambler’s Soul,” a very powerful play featuring Mildred Harris and Wm. S. Hart. “The l ighting Trail” also has a place on the long programme. THEATRE ROYAL. The wonderful acting of marvellously clever baby Gorman in “The Soul of a Child,” a splendid picture, is astonishing patrons nightly. Dustin Farnum is a picturesque figure and a pronounced favourite in “The Iron Strain,” and Helen Holmes’ now story, “The Overland Disaster,” is exciting enough for anything. The trio closes 10-night Formidable attractions are underlined for to-morrow, beginning at the matinee. Gail Kane, a stage actress of high standing, returns to the screen in "Her Great Chance”; Douglas Fairbanks will make merry in “Reggie Mixes In,” and two other picked subjects will also be 1 shown. Seats should be reserved at | Paul’s.

EVERYBODY’S.

That magnificent production, “For Freedom,” featuring the world’s highest- salaried actor, William Farmirn, finishes to-night. As this is a super attraction exhibited at ordinary prices, full advantage should be taken of this last screening. There is also a specially fine Sunshine comedy, a Mutt and Jeff cartoon, and a splendid educational film. To-morrow, at the afternoon and evening sessions, lovely Enid Bennett will star in a Thos. Inee pro--duction, “Fuss and Feathers,” and there will also be a fine Jester comedy. Seats may be reserved at Webster’s without extra fee, prices being Is Id nnd fid. Mr Ben Tillett is seriously ill with blood poisoning.
