DOLGHEVIK MARRIAGE PRINCIPLES.

The Hungarian revolutionary authorities have issued a decree that illegitimate children shall have equal -rights with legitimates. Two people living together for a year shall be regarded as lawfully married, and husbands and wives living apart will be permitted to enter on a new marriage, cancelling their former obligation. The Red Army is receiving full rations, the lower middle class halfrations, and the bourgeoise a most meagre fraction.
