At Te Awamutu to-day, 11. Cunningham was commuted for trial at the March sitting pf the Supreme Court at Hamilton on a charge of having stolon ;, cow at Honikiwi on January 13, tli.e property of Arthur. Frederick. Accused was represented by Mr Hankin, and Senior-Sergeant CnsseJ.ls conducted the prosecution. Subsequently Cunningham was re-arrested by Constable Rushton on a charge of bavins stolen 16 head of cattle, also at Honikiwi on the same date, the property of Robert Carrie. On the application of Sergeant Casseils a remand was granted until Ibc 11th Inst;. _____
