THE WEATHER.

The following barometer and thermometer readings, taken at 9 a.m daily, and weather indications, are kindly supplied by Mr James Bremner:— Thermometer. Max. Min. Friday 64 52 Saturday 67 '54 Barometer. Saturday 30.10 Monday 29.55 The barometer has fallen suddenly, being very low Binee Saturday. The indications are for stormy weather, covering a large area, with high winds and fog, and winds changing to a southerly direction. Probably clear after 24 hours.

The Weather Ikreau wires: The indications riv io:- westerly winds, strong to gale, and hacking by west to south after ten hours. The weather will probably prove squally, with heavy showers, and become very cold. The barometer has a falling tendency, but rising after about 20 hours.
